Brothers, Mike and Hilton Hart, are in search of brands that they can grow and acquire by leveraging their experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, legal, and technology. Both have founded multi-million dollar profitable businesses.
Mike got his start in 2010 when he quit his finance job and temporarily moved to China to design, manufacture, and sell toys. Today, his company is one of the top construction toy and plush animal sellers on Amazon. In 2016, Hilton quit his technology job as well. He and Mike started a legal technology company that helps brands stop trademark infringement and counterfeiting. To date, they've defeated thousands of counterfeiters.
With their experience and success in the consumer product industry, they figure it makes sense to purchase other brands to scale out their operations. Mike and Hilton have US and foreign based teams working with them in addition to a 30,000 sqft warehouse at their disposal.
